Army Wife Network’s
Post With the Most
Fort Jackson, SC

Each month here at Army Wife Network, we do a segment that highlights an Army installation. We do this so we can provide you with as much information about a post as possible. We also call on you, our loyal AWN fans, to help us compile this information and give us a personal look at what life is like at each post. Look for these spouse’s personal comments in red below.

Mostly sunny when it does rain it is welcomed, although there have been a few times that it rained for days non-stop but those are rare and for the most part we usually need rain. Fort Jackson housing has all residents on permanent drought conditions meaning we can only use water outside recreationally on odd or even days depending on your house number.”
Military Spouse, Leah Allen

“We have all Four seasons: Fall is normally warm, Springs are nice and sunny, Summers are hot Winters are mildly cool.”
