our lil man loves to bake. so, every few weeks we pick up a few bags of chocolate chips and whip up some cookies. many times i'll have hubby take them to work, but occasionally we'll drop by the office and drop them off ourselves. we make sure the sgt gets a few first and then head straight to the break room. most of the soldiers in the office have no clue where the cookies come from, and honestly, i like it that way.

when hubby and his soldiers are downrange, they get a box once a month of homemade goodies. if their box is late, they question hubby why they haven't received their goodies yet! it's something small we can do while they're in garrison or downrange and it's something that is a 'teachable moment' for lil man. ;)
