If you’ve ever wondered what to make for dinner or dessert or how to entertain the kids….Pizza Dough can come to the rescue….Once you’ve mastered the art of Pizza Dough…the world is your playground!

Basic Pizza Dough

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45
degrees C)

Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water. Spread out on a large pizza pan. Top as desired. Bake at 375 degrees C (190 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes.

Toppings: Anything you can imagine…..

Dessert Pizza ideas….

8 oz tub – Mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
5 oz – Sour Cream
3 oz – Brown Sugar
1/2 t – Vanilla Extract

Toppings:
2 – Red Delicious Apples-
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 oz – Dried Cranberries or raisins, may plump them in 1/2 cup warm water for 20 minutes
3 oz – Chopped Walnuts

Crumble Topping:
4 tbl butter-semi-cold
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar

In a sauce pan, place lemon juice, butter, cinnamon and apples. Cook over medium heat until apples are well cooked and carmelized. Set aside to cool.

Take a prepared pizza shell or bake one off yourself. Mix together: cheese, vanilla, brown sugar, and sour cream together in a bowl. Spread mixture over crust and add toppings. Bake in the oven at 450F for 10-12 minutes…then slice it up and enjoy!
