Created by the AWN Core Team, Spouse Field Exercise™ events aim to empower and rejuvenate our military. Less than 1% of our U.S. population who serves in the military – and their families — have taken the brunt of the sacrifice of war.
Military families relocate frequently and they are constantly challenged with connecting with each other and with their community. Spouse Field Exercises™ provide military life survival tips, practical military family resources, networking opportunities, complimentary dinner/lunch and dessert, special gift for attendees, and giveaways. The “FE” team caters to the needs of the attendees with emotional support, connectional resources, and integrated installation services.
Previous attempts at organizing large corporate events for military have failed. AWN Core Team has devised a powerful formula for teaching and enriching military families at the grassroots level. As evidenced by the highly-successful Field Exercise™ seminars in 2007-2013 at Forts Stewart, Bragg, Drum, Eustis, Hood, Campbell, Sill, Bliss, Riley, Carson, Knox, Wainwright, Polk, Gordon, and Leavenworth, military families prefer intimate gatherings.
Some examples include:
Field Exercise™: Priceless Packages
Field Exercise™: Love Military Life
Field Exercise™: Battle Buddies
We believe that while the road is tough, it is traversable, and the journey of a military family has inherent value measured in enriched life experiences, pride, and sense of honor. All our military families need are battle buddies willing to mentor and empower them for the duration of their enlistment.
Field Exercise™ will always be about getting service members and families together to see the faces of individuals also facing military culture shock and localized challenges and to allow networking for long-lasting, satisfying relationships on their post or in their community.
